    威海路坦制药有限公司工厂位于山东威海，目前正在准备进口原料并按GMP标准生产其最新产品---吗啡缓（控）释片。该产品（硫酸吗啡缓（控）释片---路泰）将于2009年第三季度在中国市场上市。

    为扩大营销范围及推动公司快速成长，推广即将上市的硫酸吗啡缓（控）释片，现诚聘业务能力强，药品销售经验丰富人士为我公司北京、上海地区经理，要求应聘者如下：

职位描述：
Responsibility / 职责

1）带领团队执行公司的策略和方针完成销售目标；
2）通过绩效管理和培训，发展和领导团队；
3）每月与代表协访规定数量的目标客户，运用多种方法辅导医药代表的各项销售技能；
4）组织并实施区域会议；
5）配合公司大型学术活动和销售活动；
6）不断鼓励员工创新，为下属提供信息并支持其完成销售目标；
7）维护区域内重要客户的关系并协调好公司内各部门的合作

Requirements & Qualifications / 职位需求
1) 本科以上学历，专业不限（特殊产品需要医药背景）；
2）四年以上销售工作经验，优秀的销售业绩；
3）熟练使用办公操作软件；
4）专业的形象展示和很强的说服沟通能力；
5）优秀的团队管理能力。
6）有在大型主体医院销售止痛药或与止痛相关药物的经验并且业绩优秀者优先考虑。

Weihai Lotus will launch SRM-Rhotard

Weihai Lotus is currently preparing to manufacture and launch its new Morphine controlled release tablet which will be produced in its GMP Approved facility in Weihai, Shandong. The product launch of SRM-Rhotard (morphine sulphate) is expected for the first quarter of 2010.

In anticipation of the launch of SRM-Rhotard, Weihai Lotus now wishes to recruit suitably qualified and experienced Provincial Managers for Beijing and Shanghai. It is expected that the successful candidates will already have an excellent track record of selling pain and pain related medicines in the major hospitals. Experienced Sales Managers in other therapeutic areas may also apply.
